This allows to target error-prone moments and act to minimize human mistakes and optimize experience. More importantly, since employees interact with various technologies using their unique cognitive profile, experts with an intricate knowledge of human cognition are needed to assess employees’ cognition efficiently and work in dynamic environments with multiple interfaces.
